It's THAT Time of Year Again.

Yes, it's true, the September issues have been released! I look forward to this every year; it's like Christmas morning to anyone who loves fashion. The magazines are double the size which we all know means double the articles, double the how to's, double the lovely adds and double the new trends. How I adore Fall; Everything about it is wonderful. Besides the feeling of crisp cool air on my skin, Fall Fashion has to be one of the best things about the season. These are a just a few of my favorite new trends.

Home Sweet Home... or Soon to Be.

In honor of finally receiving my room assignment for the Fall semester, I did a bit of online browsing in the "home" departments. I'm trying to keep it lightly colored but simple enough that in the winter I will not tire of the loud colors. Because I am a California Soul my room wouldn't be complete without a few hints of nature. The only goal I had when I began this journey was to just find something; I finally discovered a comforter (pictured above) that will keep my room bright and cheerful year-round. After I found my comforter I was determined to hunt down the perfect accessories to match and to my surprise I didn't just find something, but found a lot of wonderful little somethings!

Just add a few books and photos of the ones I love and... Ta Da!

Lazy Weekends.

After a long couple days of birthday celebrations it's time for a lazy Saturday. Although I may stay in my pajamas for most of the day, I have to get dressed sometime. These pieces are things-- I desperately wish I owned-- that would be perfect for a lazy weekend; for that "I just threw this on" look. Something you could wear to run errands or cozy up to read a book in.
